I support specialists in preparing auctions by coordinating catalogue information, assisting with valuations and managing documentation throughout the sale cycle. My role involves liaising with clients regarding consignments, preparing condition reports, supporting compliance procedures and assisting with invoicing and documentation processing. I also support post-sale client follow-up, coordinate collections and object movements, and assist with auction viewings and sale-day activities, including phone bidding, ensuring smooth communication between departments and clients.

Embassy of India, Lisbon
I managed administrative workflows, including invoice processing and coordination with the finance department, while supporting contracts and documentation management across departments. I assisted in logistics and operational coordination for official delegations and institutional events and maintained accurate documentation and inventory records for the Embassy’s art collection.
